Tracking allows us to verify your progress so we can reward you appropriately. Make sure tracking is on before starting a game and keep it on until your goal is met.
Go to Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking. Enable "Allow Apps to Request to Track." Then allow tracking when prompted inside the app.
Check the "In Progress" section of your account. If your game appears there, tracking is active. If not, stop playing and reach out to Support.
